Job description

The Risk & Compliance Analyst will help translate policy, control and operational requirements into practical evidence and tracked remediation.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain risk and control registers with accountable owners.
  • Map controls to operating processes and evidence sources.
  • Support control testing and remediation follow-up.
  • Prepare risk reporting and management information.
  • Coordinate evidence requests across technology and business teams.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of risk, compliance, audit or controls experience.
  • Strong documentation, analytical and stakeholder-coordination skills.
  • Understanding of technology and operational-risk concepts.

Preferred qualifications

  • Financial-services or regulated-environment experience.
  • GRC platform experience.
  • Relevant risk, audit or compliance certification.
